Century Furniture’s Ron Fiore

Last October Timothy Corrigan, one of the world’s top interior designers  introduced me to  to the rock star of furniture  showroom design, Ron Fiore. When I toured the Century Furniture Showroom during the April  High Point Furniture Market  I was not disappointed! Leslie Hendrix Wood, a Style Spotter for the High Point Furniture , interviewed Ron for her blog, Hadley Court.

Try to resist this Thibaut Wallpaper

Wallpaper is now on trend!  Many of you had bad experiences removing old wallpaper.  Do you know why? The wallpaper installer did not “size” or “prime”  the wall before applying the wallpaper.  I have lived in houses that had walls primed and not primed. Correctly primed walls allow the paper to be pulled off easily. The wallpaper backing does not remain on the wall or destroy part of the sheet rock. Below is a link that explains priming wallpaper.

Do not be afraid to wallpaper an accent wall or an entire room as long as you “prime” the walls before applying wallpaper.

Thibaut manufacturers fantastic wallpaper and fabrics.  Take a look at this gorgeous colorful Thibaut showroom photo.
